The following are some of the Home remedies for headache:
1. One should drink water as much as possible during the day. Drinking plenty of water helps in reducing headaches.
2. Get proper sleep according to your age. Like if you are an adult then 8 hours of sleep is necessary and if you are a child then 9 - 10 hours of sleep is required.
3. Say no to alcohol
